For over 10 years, I have been developing software that processes and analyses data using data science methods and machine learning. In addition, I have been responsible for the financial, personnel and organisational management of approx. 15,000 sqm of commercial and residential space in Berlin for over 7 years.
With Archimede, I am pursuing the goal of reducing the long term maintenance costs of real estate by using modern technology and machine learning algorithms.

For over 5 years I have been involved in the planning and execution of urban housing construction in Berlin. In addition, I am responsible for the maintenance and organisational management of approx. 15,000 sqm of commercial and residential real estate in Berlin. When repairing structural damage to buildings, I focus on finding lasting and sustainable solutions.
In 2023 i have been certified by DEKRA as an expert for building damage assessment.
With Archimede, I pursue the goal of optimising and automating technical property management processes through modern technology.
